Nick is a professional engineer and has worked in the pipeline industry for 10+ years. He has successfully lead major new build pipeline projects as well as integrity maintenance programs. Nick's focus for the organization is to provide support and guidance as the company takes on larger and more complex projects. His vast knowledge in construction management along with his love for the outdoors integrate well into his role as Operations Manager.

Laila Adam has over ten years experience in both public and private sectors in a wide range of roles working with Indigenous communities. As Director of Social Responsibility, Laila is responsible for developing and implementing organizational social priorities, advancing the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation Community, and positively impacting the Indigenous population as a whole. Laila’s vast experience from Alberta to Ontario include managing large-scale indigenous regulatory and engagement programs, building capacity and community benefits programs, and includes time as senior advisor to the Ontario Deputy Minister of Indigenous Relations & Reconciliation. Born and raised in Northern Canada, Laila is committed to enhancing the capacity and of Indigenous communities.
Ryan McQuilter Executive VP
As the Executive VP, Ryan oversees the finance, procurement, estimating, project controls and business development departments. For the past decade, Ryan has been involved in the development and operation of many successful First Nation organizations. Ryan holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Alberta School of Business, with a major in finance and minor in business law.
